With hundreds of platforms vying for attention, how do you enhance chemistry between Spotify and its users to maintain relevance and leadership? By fuelling listeners' passion with a series of social-first campaigns that celebrate the genius of artists, passion of fans, and the diversity of households. We created several campaigns that delivered just that and to wrap up the year, we clashed user annual listening data with key cultural moments that shaped the year.

#SPOTIFYWRAPPED - A campaign that empowered Gen-Z to share their weird and wonderful listening habits in what was one of the strangest years in history. With every moment and every touchpoint a chance to play, share, and connect with artists, creators, fans, and friends. User engagement went from totally normal to totally amazing.
